NOTICE

In accordance with the Notification No. 455-Edn (CS)/10M-95/14 dated 18.07.2024 from the Department of Higher Education, Government of West Bengal, all candidates who have been provisionally admitted to the undergraduate courses/programmes for the academic session 2024-2025, and have chosen S.B.S. Government College, Hili through the Centralised Admission Portal are hereby informed to come to S.B.S. Government College, Hili for physical verification of documents.

Dates for Physical Verification of Documents: 31st July 2024 to 6th August 2024

Time: 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM

Venue: Room Number D3,

S.B.S. Government College, Hili

Documents Required for Physical Verification: 

1. Provisional Admission Certificate
2. Payment Receipt of Admission Fees
3. Original Mark Sheets (Class 10 and 12)
4. Admit Card of Class 10
5. Caste Certificate (if applicable)
6. Disability Certificate (if applicable)
7. Recent Photograph

N.B. The candidate must be present in person at the time of physical verification of documents. Failure to attend the physical verification on the specified dates and times may lead to the cancellation of admission.
